Christophe Debard graduated with a Master’s degree in physical sciences from the University of Lyon 1 and a management degree from EM LYON. After a first experience in an engineering firm, he spent 9 years at IFTH (Institut Français du Textile et de l'Habillement) as an R&D engineer in industrial thermal engineering, then he was in charge of a profit centre created jointly with CETIAT and specialised in the development of radiant energies (ERICA platform). Eliéta Carlu is an engineer from the Ecole des Mines de Nancy. She started her career at ATEE, then worked eight years for ENEA Consulting. There, she worked with more than 30 industrial and institutional players, in France and abroad, particularly in the fields of energy efficiency in industry, renewable gases and microgrids. In 2016, Eliéta joined the founding team of ENEA Consulting's Australian subsidiary to help launch it. She was responsible for the development of the renewable gas business in Australia as well as the development of the team. Lucille Payet, a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques, defended her doctoral thesis in process energy efficiency at the Chemical Engineering Laboratory in Toulouse. Her developments concern statistical methods for the analysis of industrial data and methods for exchanger network remodelling. This expertise, coupled with her knowledge of simulation tools, is important to ALLICE. Lucille Payet also has international experience acquired in China where she spent several months. Joseph Bourgine holds an engineering degree in Processes and Bioprocesses (Polytech Nantes) and a Master's degree in Innovation Management (IAE Nantes). He joined ALLICE in 2020 as a co-op student before joining the team full time the following year. With his scientific and project management skills, he is involved in the implementation of collective actions, the coordination of the members' community and the support of new collaborative innovation projects.

Françoise Pignolo, assistant to the CETIAT studies department, participated in the launch of ALLICE in 2018. Her creative qualities quickly led her to take charge of the graphic design of communication actions, flyers, newsletters... She is also the main contact person of the members for all their practical questions and sees to the smooth running of the events that are organised throughout the year. |
A graduate of Sciences Po Toulouse, Marie Berenger has spent her entire career organising conferences and facilitating communities of best practice in the construction and industry sectors, on technical subjects such as energy efficiency, quality management systems, safety, environment, carbon finance, digital transformation of companies, and organisational performance. She began her career at Reed Expositions France (Construction and Safety Divisions), then at AFNOR Compétences, the training and consultancy subsidiary of the AFNOR group. As an independent consultant since 2016, she supports ALLICE in its development, the organisation of its events and the promotion of its collective studies. Find Marie on LinkedIn

Léo Pasquier is a graduate in Industrial Engineering with an Eco-Energy option from the École Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques. He started his career at Klara Energy, a start-up in the photovoltaic industry and then worked as a project management consultant at Planisware. Pauline Garde graduated from Sciences Po Lyon in communication. She started her career in a press relations agency specialized in building and energy issues. She then joined ALLICE as a communications officer and works on the organisation of webinars and technical events, the promotion of ALLICE's projects, studies and actions, as well as on the creation and management of all communication actions. Ilyas GAIN-NACHI Project Coordinator Engineer |
Ilyas recently graduated from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Rennes with a degree in Mechanical and Automatic Engineering. His previous experience with the Atlantech association and the Leyton consultancy enabled him to develop his skills in the levers of decarbonisation and energy flexibility, as well as in the incentive measures for financing the energy transition. Cécile Lafay began her career as an administrative assistant and progressed to digital project manager within an international group dedicated to technological innovation and sustainable development. On the strength of her experience in assistantship and communications, Cécile joined ALLICE in July 2024 as Office Manager. At the heart of the day-to-day operations of our organisation, she is the main contact for our members and ensures the preparation and follow-up of contractual documents.
